All fees in GBP. Furniture, plants, and trade work are paid separately to suppliers unless we agree otherwise in writing.

A consultation covers a site visit, measured notes, and verbal recommendations with a short written summary.

Packages build on a consultation and include deeper planning, sourcing lists, and follow-up support.
Exclusions
Glazing, structural work, planning applications, listed building consent, and building regulations sit outside this studio. Blind fitting, electrics, and plumbing are quoted by separate trades.
Payment
Consultation fees are due before or on the visit day. Package fees split: a booking portion to start, balance on delivery of the final scheme documents. Invoices are issued in GBP.
Travel
Central Bath and nearby BA1/BA2 postcodes sit within standard fees. Longer travel in Somerset or Wiltshire may add a modest travel line, agreed before booking.
