Enquiry and fee
Email or call with postcode and a short description of the glazed space. We reply with available dates and a consultation fee in the £90–£210 range based on travel and room complexity.
On-site visit
Key openings are measured; sun and draught patterns noted; use discussed. Photos and a simple sketch plan follow within an agreed window.
Scheme outline
A written outline covers layout, shade ideas, planting zones, and furniture direction. Continuing to a package (£650–£4,200 typical) expands that into shopping lists and supplier notes.
Sourcing support
Item selection and optional sourcing trips when included. Blind or flooring installers remain yours to appoint; we share dimensions and finish notes so trades are not guessing.
Settle-in review
After furniture and plants are in, a short follow-up visit or call adjusts positions once you have lived with the room through a week of real weather.
Timing
Consultation summaries usually follow within a few working days of the visit. Package documents are timed around your builder or blind fitter’s programme when you share those dates in advance.
